Frequently Asked Questions

Registering puts you on a list to be allocated a slot in an upcoming testing day. We have received a number of requests far in excess of the number of tests we safely can administer on a given testing day. We allocate these test slots based on medical need, first responders, and then general order of registration.
There are many criteria that we use in order schedule people that prioritizes health and wellness of the community and its members before we use order of registration. Sometimes people who have registered, even very late, may be given priority for a testing slot.
Registration is straightforward and includes required and optional questions. It is very important that you print your final approved registration page as indicated on that page or save an image of what you entered.

Testing days will be announced roughly a week in advance. If you have registered on the appropriate site, you will be considered for slots based on certain criteria we have that focuses on medical need. If you receive a slot, you will receive an email with a time and place for you to get tested 1-3 days prior to the testing day.

We will make every attempt to help and adjust time slots according to specific requests but that is not often possible.
If you are not selected for a given day, your name and information will remain in the queue to part of the next schedule.
A notification (text or email) will go out to the email address or phone number that you entered in the registration notifying you what time (typically between 9 AM and 5 PM on the day of the testing) and what day you have been selected. As with the time of testing, we will try to accommodate specific requests after you have been notified of a time and place, but it is not often possible to accommodate these requests.
You will receive an email and/or text with a link to your results when they are ready. The email or text will have a unique and secure link to a web page with the results of the testing. You can access the results as many times as you like. We expect to deliver results within 24-48 hours but there are many variables affecting when results are delivered. Some patients may receive their results before other patients even if they took the test after.
